We understand that project plans can change, and sometimes cancellations or refunds might be necessary. This policy outlines the circumstances under which you can request a refund or cancel a service booking made through the ConstructLink platform.
Cancellation Policy
Before Service Provider Acceptance
You can cancel any booking free of charge until a service provider accepts it. To cancel, simply:
- Open your ConstructLink account
- Navigate to your booking details
- Select "Cancel Booking"
For advance booking services, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid service fees.
Service Provider Unavailability
In the event that a service provider becomes unavailable for your scheduled project, you will have two options:
- Reschedule: We will assist you in finding a new appointment time that works for your schedule
- Cancel and Refund: Receive a full refund for any advance payments with no cancellation fee
Refund Policy
Refund Processing
- All refunds for advance booking services will be processed to your ConstructLink wallet
- Standard processing time is 5-7 business days
- Payment method refunds follow your payment provider's standard timeline
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:
- Service has been completed according to the agreed scope
- Changes requested after service provider arrival resulting in additional charges
- Minor delays that don't impact overall service delivery
- Cancellations after work has commenced
