We understand that project plans can change, and sometimes cancellations or refunds might be necessary. This policy outlines the circumstances under which you can request a refund or cancel a service booking made through the ConstructLink platform.

Cancellation Policy

Before Service Provider Acceptance

You can cancel any booking free of charge until a service provider accepts it. To cancel, simply:

  1. Open your ConstructLink account
  2. Navigate to your booking details
  3. Select "Cancel Booking"

For advance booking services, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid service fees.

Service Provider Unavailability

In the event that a service provider becomes unavailable for your scheduled project, you will have two options:

  1. Reschedule: We will assist you in finding a new appointment time that works for your schedule
  2. Cancel and Refund: Receive a full refund for any advance payments with no cancellation fee

Refund Policy

Refund Processing

  • All refunds for advance booking services will be processed to your ConstructLink wallet
  • Standard processing time is 5-7 business days
  • Payment method refunds follow your payment provider's standard timeline

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • Service has been completed according to the agreed scope
  • Changes requested after service provider arrival resulting in additional charges
  • Minor delays that don't impact overall service delivery
  • Cancellations after work has commenced
